Ewa Jędrzejewska has extensive experience across multiple legal areas. She brings a wealth of experience in law, both professionally and academically, with strong interpersonal skills and practical experience that enable her to listen to and understand her clients’ needs. Her expertise in investments and finance allows her to provide competent advice tailored to her clients’ business needs.
In 2013, she obtained her legal advisor title and began her own business. In 2021, she defended her doctoral dissertation and earned a PhD in legal sciences.
Dr. Ewa Jędrzejewska is ambitious, determined, and responsible in her work, with skills and experience highly valued by clients and fellow legal professionals. Adam Jędrzejewskihas extensive experience in negotiations with investors and financial institutions, enabling effective advisory in financing and investment contracts.
In the field of construction contracts, he assists clients in properly drafting, negotiating, and interpreting contracts, as well as in resolving disputes related to them. Together with the firm’s legal team, he also provides comprehensive legal services to companies in corporate and commercial law. Additionally, Adam Jędrzejewski deals with FIDIC contracts, which establish cooperation rules between investors and contractors and define the obligations of both parties throughout the construction process. This expertise in both construction law and international contract law allows him to offer comprehensive advice to his clients.
He always takes an individual approach to each client, handling each case with full engagement and attention, as evidenced by his long-standing cooperation with both domestic entrepreneurs and international corporations, including those from China, which has shaped his understanding of working with foreign clients.
